Essentially Brass is pleased to announce the release of its first CD ‘Essentially Brass’. Have a listen here to clips from the cd. The CD features the many styles you will hear at an Essentially Brass performance, from Old English Dances, to the lighter style of Londonderry Air and the Dixieland swing of "Just a Closer Walk" CDs are only available from Essentially Brass at a cost of £8 plus Postage so contact us or catch us at a gig.

About Us

Essentially Brass, a professional brass quintet based in the East Midlands regularly performs high quality chamber music. The ensemble has given many recitals and other public performances, including a notable highlight as part of the Music In The Great Hall concert series at Southwell Minster. Essentially Brass has a busy diary of public and private events, all of which receive the same attention to detail and standard of professional performance. Future plans include recitals a number with organ featuring Peter Siepmann PhD, LRSM, ARCO. Essentially Brass can be booked for recitals, concerts, weddings, corporate events, and other functions.
